Re: Tehran: Ukrainian International Airlines 737 shoot down
Here's what I think; When they planned the missile strike they did not want to give it away, and the strike was executed in complete secrecy. If there is any retailiation, they could hide under the 'cover' of commercial flights. Of course they then misidentified a plane taking off for a bomber comin...

Re: I really wanna contribute, but...
I created a fgmembers git account and uploaded my plane. IAHM-COL contacted me to let me know that my "FORK" of the 'real' 737-300 uploaded by Soitenan only a few weeks before who had downloaded MY plane, who had ruined it, perverted it and destroyed its functionality, was now in place. W...

Re: Boeing 737 Max Lion Air crash caused by series of failures
Actually, the no.1 thing is for Boeing pushing some weird characteristics augmentation thing onto their planes. But, had they not done that in the first place, this doesn't automatically solve the missing pages, pushign an (another) unflyable plane into service and not testing some second-hand new e...

Re: Boeing 737 Max Lion Air crash caused by series of failures
I've designed warships, submarines, rail vehicles..... and let me tell you the failure wasn't a series of faults but instead a failure in the design department. I disagree; it's a series of events leading up to the end result. You can say ,"no such thing as 'if only' " but then again, som...

Boeing 737 Max Lion Air crash caused by series of failures
Yeah, I think most of us know that these things happen as a result of a series of events, usually 7 or more. In this case, it was 9 (I only listed 7 which I think was of interest - particularly first 2 below): - the jet should have been grounded before departing on the fatal flight because of an ear...

To those care enough to be interested, I found out the name of the meme is called Shooting Star, based on that song.

Battle of Britain (1969)
I recently got to watch the movie Battle of Britain (1969) last weekend. It was also a nice follow up to the movie Dunkirk I watched recently. Story being a little bit flat - and the version I watched didn't include subtitles for the German - aside, the visuals got me completely hooked. There is not...
