Virtual Airlines untilizing AI planes

Thinking through, the lack of pilots for a virtual airline is utterly devastating, so why not develop an alternate, fool proof idea, I think, we could use AI aircrafts to fly and "populate" our virtual skies, just like FSX, you will always see "World Travel" planes in every airports. Now here is one problem, I can't generate my own flights to FlightGear without crashing the sim, any Idea how to make one? I think, this will bring back all of the virtual airlines that has gone down the drain.
