Mig-29 and Mig-29_9-12

Postby jwocky » Wed Nov 23, 2016 12:35 am

There seem to be two Mig-29s around, a yasim one and a JSB one. I couldn't bring any to fly yet. The Mig-29 (Yasim) spawned somewhere behind the runway in the pampa. Now, some claimed, that have actually flown it, some others, she is unflyable, so what's the story here? We have a jet fighter leg coming up in the USA Tour, I need input.

The MiG-29_9-12 (made by Mercury Mercenary) is a piece of art as far as it comes to system programming, but I can't get the engines to run, even not with aurostart because the electrical system produces Nasal runtime errors in a loop. Sooo, does it depends on something? Is it a problem with the FG version (I am still on 2016.3). Who knows anything?

I've got 3.2 and the 9-12 works fine (as long as you don't pull completely down the throttle).
The older one is just useless.

Humm, that actually doesn't sound too good because it could indicate, somewhere between 3.2 and 2016.3 something changed that killed her.

Running 2016.4.1, was able to start/takeoff in both the 29 and the 29_9-12.
