Hello all
It is time that I share with you the first real previews of the it0uchpods Design Group MD-11X Project. The goal is to create a as realistic as possible MD-11 aircraft. This is my favorite aircraft, and have been working on this project for around 3-4 months now, and it is finally ready for a public announcement.

What about under the hood:

Accurate JSBsim FDM with accurate gear modelling (including the tendency to bounce)
Fully automatic hydraulic and electric system with working system controller (pneu, fuel to follow)
DU Improvements
Custom Flight Control system with spoilers, ailerons, elevators, and rudders fully simulated, including aileron droop, outer aileron lockout, and realistic spoiler deployment
New Canvas EAD (SD to follow)
New Advanced and Realistic Autopilot based on IT-AUTOFLIGHT
Fully simulated LSAS (Longitudinal Stability Augmentation System)
Custom FADEC with Thrust Limit system
And much, much, more

Every system has been crosschecked in operation with a real MD-11 FedEx FCOM, and the PMDG MD-11.

Each model with it's own selection of liveries.

Note: It will have the same level of complexity as my Airbus', if not more. The best part, is it uses the it0uchpods Shared Libraries, so internal code improvements to one airplane can be backported/ported to the other. This has already been done a few times now. The Airbus Development is not stopped by this project.
