Recently, the flight newsletter, FlightAware had a feature article from Airway News that provided scanned images of over 130 images taken from actual McDonnell-Douglas company promotional and technical brochures that were used by their sales people.

Many pages are in color. The technical manuals contain a wealth of information about the aircraft. Some have very good photos of the flight decks, either as a whole or close ups of sections.
