Not only did he make his own plane, but he made an exact replica as well right down to the dials and leather skullcap. Both form AND function! When I first saw this I thought it'd be just a functional plane.
Props to this guy who builds a plane just to cut SEVEN minutes to work.

Well it is kind of brilliant. But i wonder, if he only wins a few minutes travel time, how many minutes does he loose on parking his plane?

I did thought about that at first, but then I figured it would probably be included in the whole commute time. Which, I think, is why it is only 7 minutes saved.
