Documentaries

There are some good aviation documentaries on youtube.

Some reccomendations if you have a loooong break or bus trip or something...
Now, I admit I use tubemate since wifi is so slow. To download a 360p documentary takes 30 minutes... imagine 720p!
Not going to sell it, it's for private use, so it's fair use.

But anyway, these are all very good.

Britains Busiest Airport (6 pts, 45 min each)
Search for Britains Busiest Airport Series 1 Episode 1... two series of 3 parts. Interesting look at Heathrow. Fantastic. Downloading series 2 atm...

A very British Airline
BBC2 made a three part film about BA couple of years ago. Covers pilot and FA training. Unfortunately doesn't show BA in the best light at times, but pretty good. Remember never to put a dead body in the bathroom, class.

British Airways 747 D check
Awesome look at how the airlines basically pull a plane apart and put it together again... an expensive, time consuming task.

Ultimate Airport Dubai
Two series of 6 or 7 episodes each, all 45 min or so. Reccomended for LAX - SIN or something.... downloading atm to watch over the next few weeks. Check docuwiki.

There are so many others, some good, some bad, but this is what I have found so far.

I'm looking for "Living in the Age of Airplanes" narrated by Han Solo Harrison Ford.
