The beef of it...

How d'ye like your beef?
I like my steaks to be well done if thin and fried, and medium well if thick and grilled. In Venezuela we get these great 'lomitos', and they come cut very thin and flat. They are delicious fried with onions.
NB. Don't worry about my arteries. I admit that I like my food, but everything in moderation. I don't eat donuts, ice cream, or fried stuff every day.
As for burgers, homemade are the best -- ground beef (all meat) made into patties with lots and lots of spices and onions.
Chicken? My mother makes cornflake chicken, which is scrumptious!
Roast chicken and fried chicken (w Spanish rice!) are rather good.
Sausages? YES! You don't get nice ones hree except for hot dogs and German (there is a german colony up in the mountains near my grandparents; we GOT A PACKET IN A SUPERMARKET NEAR MY GRANDPARENTS HOUSE, )
Tomorrow, we will have sausages for breakfast!
