Sorry, my Thrustmaster just does not want to break. Have it 5 years or so now, and it stays accurate. Nothing but magnetic pot meters for me from now on, if the stick ever goes defect.

Kind regards, Vincent

Saitek can have quality issues so be sure to read the reviews. Bought a RAT 7 that crapped out after a couple months. Loved that mouse too.

They did just get bought out by Logitech, so hopefully the quality increases.

Also, KL-666, don't you have a T16000m? That uses magnetic Hall Effect sensors, not pots. Same as the X-56.

Yes, that is what i meant by magnetic pots. I tend to forget all those novel names. As long as it is magnetic it is good.

Kind regards, Vincent

Well, Logitech products never abandoned me even after MANY years.
The X56 would be one of my choices if I'd buy a new PC, alongside with this: http://www.thrustmaster.com/sites/defau ... 00x600.jpg

I love my X-52. I'd love to get an Obutto-esque cockpit. May just have to build my own.

What do you guys think about the Strike 7 keyboard?

It's not clicky and I'd be worried about the anti-ghosting being too limited - which is an issue for me as I do play games where I need to press down 4 or 5 keys across the keyboard at the same time. Also, it's Mad Catz, which makes me nervous. Especially at that price. Personally, I wouldn't go for it. It looks cool, with that screen and all - it's just not worth it to me though.

edit: to add on, my current keyboard is a Logitech G-510. It's nice, but I am definitely going to be getting a new keyboard soon-ish. I'll be looking for a keyboard that has the 10-key, but has a small form factor. That means no macro keys, no lcd displays, really tight space around the edges. I may even end up for-going the 10-key.

Something like this would be perfect for me: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A378L4C?ie=UTF8&linkCode=as2&camp=1634&creative=6738&tag=gkb-top-2015-20&creativeASIN=B00A378L4C
