Apparently the planning for the events generally took place at the same time to allow more time for scenery development at the fall festival. Therefore...

Location - Please go ahead and submit any suggestions for location! The only rule is that it must be within Europe (the continent).

My suggestions are Alps airports :
Innsbruck LOWI
Sion LSGS
Samedan LSZS
Aosta LIMW
Bolzano LIPB

No ILS, narrow beautiful valleys with not easy approaches. Almost all that airports have nicely developed sceneries, only Bolzano is very basic.
