Got a couple surprises in my Email in-box. Apparently our WitchSmeller decided my Vehicle categories for 3 images I uploaded to my personal Wiki needed changing. Does this guy have a life? I haven't touched this Wiki for 2 years almost completely forgotten about it.
Well not on the order of drama you guys seem to court, but hey, their baleful gaze knows no limits of fiddling with stuff.

Sorry... I don't see the issue. If you haven't touched if in years??? Wiki is GPL.

So on one hand it's disrespectful to modify a GPL plane without contacting the author but on the other hand it's OK to modify a GPL wiki page without contacting it's author ?

It's politeness.
If I wanted to be polite I would ask you if I wanted to work on the MD11. If I didn't, I'd just make a fork and start destroying your MD11. Of course I wouldn't do that...
If bugman wanted to be polite he would contact Lester and ask him to edit the category. He just did it himself, without asking.
