The Citation X sound overhaul!
This one is a bit out of the blue, sorry the 767 isn't quite done just yet, but here is a little sound package for the Citation X.

Cc-NC , then it can't be added. Possibly a new submodule citation x in non-GPL?

Awesome! Although, I did notice one small issue:
I had to change:

There's no point to add this to pollute GPL aircrafts with non GPL content ;( [Technically a submodule could be added, but submodules don't get obtained, by as an example zip snapshot fetching. It is not technically :recommended: ]
things left like these trend to be lost with time -- dilute away on long forum stories and stuff.
