from Gibraltar to Funchal Madeira
from Anchorage to Juneau
from Lhasa to Kathmandu
from Caracass to Merida
from not decided to Conghonas Sao Paulo

Have You your own favorite challenging or dangerous airports and routes not longer than 1000 nm for jet airliners ? There is only one requirement - absence of the any ILS.
