My advice is if people are bothering you ignore them. I've talked to people who use VATSIM and they say that ATC's are very willing to help new people soi maybe someone is trying to get under your skin. They know they can and you have to stop letting them. I'm telling you this without even reading your whole post. This has gone on for a long time. It will continue if you let it. I simply tell people to fuck off when they try and push me. If they keep on let them talk to themselves and look silly. Pav just leave the server. What is the point being somewhere that someone treats you like dirt? FYI Pav younger means nothing. many times it just means arrogant with less life experience. You shouldn't give out such compliments.

To those of you who are on a high horse and want to keep bashing Flightgear, fuck off. Its an open source simulator and you know this. Things are developed on peoples free time without pay just like Israel doing scenery on his free time. So you may not like some from the FG forum fine, but going around bashing FG as a whole is petty and you disrespect us all.

I think the majority of these issues you've seen stems from a lack of understanding of communication. Let me explain. If I'm watching you change the oil in your car and the first thing you do is pull the drain plug on your transmission.... When I say something about that it's not a personal attack or insult. If you lose your shit at me over this because "you know what you're doing", unless your intention is to also change your transmission fluid too, it's obvious you don't know what you're doing. The people pointing this out aren't saying these things with the intention to attack you, they're pointing it out because they hope you learn from it. It's not a bad thing to not know something. In fact we have more respect for those who will admit it.

Now about this issue with Falcon and the people on his discord server. I highly doubt anyone there attacked you. Hell, if anyone would have given you grief it probably would have been me? *Insert lame pickelrick meme here*

My first experience with you was at KSFO on FG with you bitching out people who were just having fun because they were not being "realistic and don't know what they're doing". You talk about how the FG community is welcoming but then you do the exact opposite.

Are you kidding me? It would appear that you already held the trial and conviction of this guy without any info other than your own. This isn't Soviet Russia, this is the internet. Not once did you ever stop and ask "What he was doing" but I suppose that doesn't matter to you.

My third experience with you was when I was ATC at KSFO. I'll preface this one saying that in the forum post linked above, you complained about people using the time fast forwarding feature. When you first came up on my radar you were doing over 1200kts. I sent you a message and got no response. I must have sent you 4 or 5 messages asking you to contact me that got no response. You also didn't drop back into real time until you were about to turn base. You only said something once you were on final and I had told you multiple times to GO AROUND and the only thing you told me is it's too late, you're landing anyway, and ATC isn't realistic and that I waited too long.

Finally my fourth experience. This was when you were invited to Falcon's server. I honestly thought it was going to go south sooner than it did. I wasn't there when you were banned but up to that point our interactions were fine. I was surprised. My understanding is you were banned

For your issues on Vatsim, I agree with the controller. The purpose of Vatsim is to provide a more realistic sim ground for people to fly in. Some people like this, some don't. Altho the audio quality reminds me of a can with some string. If you do not have an aircraft with SID/STAR support you should not be flying it on a SID/STAR on Vatsim. Just like you wouldn't fly VFR in IMC and you wouldn't mow your grass with a waterbed. If you want more realism, fly on Vatsim but note that this is going to require you to demonstrate you know what you're doing. If you want to dick around and do whatever, fly elsewhere. Better yet, signup for Pilot Edge.

Now do you see this trend Pavlin? You bitch about something and call them out, but when you do the same thing and we call you out you bitch and scream that you're being attacked. I hope you realize this is hypocrisy. Please remember that not everything people say to you other than praise is an attack. This is the internet, it's just a series of 0s and 1s floating thru tubes trying to serve people porn. If you don't want to interact with something, don't. It's that simple. If you don't want to fly with someone don't. We can't force you to fly with someone.

Perhaps the whole world you're interacting with isn't a huge dick, perhaps it's you being fake and being a dick.

I hope you noticed that I did not comment on the context your banning. I wasn't there so I cannot comment.

What I can comment on is Falcon. I've known him for ~3 years and I haven't noticed him act the way you describe. Usually it's me that's pushing people buttons, ask just about anyone who knows me. lol.

I do want you to know that I'm not trying to bash you nor am I saying you shouldn't share your story. My only intention was to convey that most your interactions that have gone south have probably been due to a communication breakdown. Either from you to us or from us to you. It happens, it's life. People can get blinded by emotion, myself included. I had a lot of issues when I lived in Japan. We come from different cultures, different experiences. Someone may say "that's on fire" whereas I'd say "that's cool". I'd be left wondering why something is burning...

Life is cruel, the internet more so, but my experiences around Falcon have not been this way.

Also don't stop playing P3D, nothing says you have to fly online. I don't fly on Vatsim all that often because of the audio quality. It's like microphone syphilis. I hear they're working to change that.
