[EDIT]: and we have 3 instruments, an ampmeter and 2 voltmeters (for each bus) with 2 needles each (for each voltage). At start time, you activate the 2 buses battery power switches, then the 2 inverters ; after a while, amp/volt meters shows respective value and you are able to start the 2 engines.

Playing with lightmap:


It seems lightmap are far better than material+emission property, but need more work of course. For the lightmap texture here, I apply a circle gradient at the center of earch instrument (from black center to white border), then a simple 'screen' blend effect over the root texture. Finally, I use <lightmap-color type="vec3d" n="0"> 0.9 1.0 0.8 </lightmap-color> to colorize the whole lightmap, this gives a yellow-green color light.
As a result, we see a more natural lighting effect, simulating a light around the instrument. Very nice indeed. It works with or w/o ALS.

In the video below, the sounds are not very good, I'm using ffmpeg+x11grab for the video but my notebook is not powerful .. and I cannot use my dsp output directly (don't allow in and out at the same time). So I record from the mic .. the result:

This is just the apu engine starting, then the air conditionner. A small tour on the panel too.
The sound is coming from the real Bell cockpit ... very loud indeed ! I will give the user the ability to put an headphone on its head, a future smart feature.
Ok, my logic/engine/electrical is done, now I start the nasals.
