TBH, FG 2016.2.1 is out for quite a while now, a I never saw newbies flying around LEBL (I look at the map quite a lot over a day) since it firslty came out. Plus, there's till traffic at KSFO.
So my questions are, none has recently downloaded FG or people still prefers flying around San Francisco?
Are the new FG versions too difficult to install for newbies (I'd say yes based on many posts on FGUT asking why there are some "missing files" when downloading the FG pack) or Multiplayer is something which no longer attracts people?

Which I celebrate big time.
Now this is the reason I think:
Most newbies are not downloading the latest package, they live in a 3.x era. still, so KSFO is still the busiest place.

OR WAS... if they dont fix damn terrasuck soon.

The major concern of a broken KSFO in terrasync is that most people is still launching there by default, and those "most" people are eons away of learning how to terraGIT or how to get scenery otherwise.

Tons of people dont MP. Probably more than does, like we, that do.
And most of us, MPlayers, are more seasoned in FG and we rarely just show up in any default position.

Thinking out loud, that makes sense; ie, if we are having a WSSS event, why would we let the launcher go to Barcelona for?

I think the same think, when I joined FG in 2012 and found the MPmap there were loads of people connected to Mp (sometimes around 120 ), now it's rare if we have a bit more than a half of that number...

I think EHAM should be left un-contestable for default. Just as we do courtesy to Jomo with EDDF, do the same to Omega.
