yes. Xplane nav data is GPL and you are allowed to modify/redistribute under GPL letter.

In addition the Xplane community is very thanful for patches/fixes for any kind of NAVAID, if these are Real Life, Since the content is plain text file is quite easy to edit.

OKAY. So my intuition was basicly put the latest nav data of X plane in to NavApt of OpenRadar but the earth_nav.apt is making OR not work when trying to load at EGCC any clue?
