There actually is a way, but no-one knows how!!!
YOUR MAC can run newer OS X, just upgrade it!

Until Noaa reorganizes it's website again. I'm quite sure the scribblers have only modified the url to be compiled in the binary. Not put data where it belongs, in a conf file.
