Well, i'll have Mishima by Philip Glass. It is the soundtrack of the film about a real Japanese writer who stood by his beliefs. He believed that old people are making the world look ugly, so everyone should die at age 40. He could not simply kill himself at 40, because that was not honourful. So he staged and actually did a coup d'etat, which was bound to fail. Now he could drag a sword through his intestins with honour at age 40.

Well despite the name, Japan is a UK band with the exception of Ryuichi Sakamoto, their keyboardist who is from Japan.
