My Air Zermatt package is delayed for release because I've no reply yet and I don't know if I could release it under the current release. I'll be flying around Samedan probably during the event.

If you check out the CC license it's released under...http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/ it sounds like you can re-release it without significant changes, as long as it's accompanied with attribution. I'm not sure how much leeway the CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 EULA gives you, and I'd consult with JW to be sure. If you cannot, it's a shame as that scenery would really add to the operations of this festival.
