If we gave everybody in the World free software today, but we failed to teach them about the four freedoms, five years from now, would they still have it?

The fun part about academic science is, we know only one thing for sure:
The certainty of today is the error of tomorrow.

So, scientists found out a lot of things, they do so every day. But every time, someone claiming to be a scientist (with or without title) starts a sentence with "I believe", we know, something stupid is about to happen. As scientist he is of course quite unqualified to believe and on the other side, people tend to believe him because he is a scientist and are themselves of course not enough scientists to understand that said scientist is doing something very unscientific there.

And lines like "I believe, I deserve a drink now" are of course out of competition!
Free speech can never be achieved by dictatorial measures!
