Now I reckon I could get a steel made Nimitz class carrier displacing 102,300tons.... Using aluminium, a 50% reduction in build material volume and the use of light weight composites down to 18000tons....
So each rotor would need to be generating 10,081,200lbs of thrust.... that's a mind boggling number.
