If we gave everybody in the World free software today, but we failed to teach them about the four freedoms, five years from now, would they still have it?

Re: River Visual!
Already promised, can't. Well, I'll do self vector, than I'll try on my own with the hope to land it well......

Re: River Visual!
I performed flight from KLAX to KSFO rwy 01. I removed all appproach waypoints, created one - SFO/190/003. It was fun, at FL320 I had 115 kts crosswind, bus maintained path with 16 degs angular offset. Landed in strong gusty crosswind bit harder than standard, but in one piece. Video later.
Re: River Visual!
I won't do it. No any navigation for it, which is why for me will be harder. I don't do weather, because I usually choose the app before weather conditions for the flight. Btw, later on I'll publish the river visual original app, from the replay video one.
Re: River Visual!
That's not the same approach. You start with 28L and than at Quiet you turn towards the land, than turn towards the RWY
The red line. And the approach I am talking about is on RWY 01R, not 01L. What you did, my personal respect, but your wind was not favorable for this RWY, you should have landed 28L / R instead with this wind.
It is good video, but it is not the same as the one I was talking about. At my approach you do not have any ref. which is why I think it is even harder than Kai Tak, which I manage to land 20 times in a single week. All due to the fact of RNAV navigation to guide me. Which I don't have here.

Re: River Visual!
Yes, You are right, I did not followed red line because I did not know where I need make first turn to left. Instead I beared to point 3 miles from FSO VOR radial 190.
Try visual circling approach to Innsbruck rwy 08 from East, this is probably most challenging approach in Europe. Search Blackbox711 video on YT for perfect explanation.

Re: River Visual!
Ya, no worries. I don't know too, so.
Unfortunate is that the AIRAC is giving me the option to follow Kai Tak and River Visual, but this one no one put data for. So I'll do simple 28L app with the birdie, that took off 1 hour ago:

Re: River Visual!
Evening arrival at San Francisco, simple ILS Approach RWY 28L, had to do it 3 times, because I was landing on the nodes before the touchdown zone twice. Third time floated. Anyway, no time, need to start work on the rest of the flights, because I will have to do a world trip movie for Christmas.
