Perch a plane on top of the empire state building, or land a fully loaded 747-8i (and like, I mean, max everything, way over max landig weight) at Saba TNCS

Empire state building is pointy, I think balancing a plane one a point is even past my qualifications. I will try and land at Saba but somehow if they can't do it in RL not sure how I will not end up in the water.
