This sounds amazing.

If you want a suggestion, I say: The festival currently have all ATCs in central Japan (RJBB Kansai- IH-COL, RJAA Narita - SHM, and Tokyo Center (elgaton: Maybe serving Narita as well?)). In that order of ideas, if T-URBO and you could select the North (Chitose RJCC) and South (Fukuoka RJFF) Ends respectively, then we would have a pretty decent coverage and a very fun festival to Hop the Nippon Country.

(I indicate those particular aerodromes because that where Lego had focused his scenery development efforts)

Keep in mind that what you ATC (in the festival) is ultimately your choice

Why did the Japanese Skipped the D and the E?

I'd certainly love an ATC at Chitose and Fukuoka.
However, do you mean RJDG_CTR and RJCG_CTR (Fukuoka and Sapporo Centers respectively)?
I do notnhave a preference, yet to me a center would be a bit better than just an approach, since it provides control for the whole north and south

Also, is this Festival using the FGMEMBERS server?
Or would it even be possible to connect ATCs to both servers? 600nm range would be awesome for center controllers!

1. No. It will be the regular server
2. No. The FGMEMBERS server remains unconnected.

About the rangeL you are right. But, the festival is all come all served situation. It would be very annoying for the ATC to be serving as "technical" assistance to every other unconnected pilot
