Yes, I did :)
I went by the shadows.
That will be OK; I'll do that then :)

Done and pushed.
You know, a proper ALS light effect would be nice to add to those lamp posts; you really miss a lot at night in Kansai :)

terrasync is up and running. you can upload models & objects to
http://scenemodels.flightgear.org/

This website shows the URL of the new SVN server(s): http://scenery.flightgear.org/svn-server

for Europe it is:
http://ns334561.ip-5-196-65.eu:8888/trunk/data/Scenery/

I actually hardcoded the latter URL -- some of the servers appear to be temperamental.

More importantly, I had been on my tiptoes for the Shapefile links, which seems they are not even trying anymore? the link just dissapeared from the webpage.
How are we supposed to get landclasses for terragear now?? (Maybe someone can phrase a polite request to their devel.list?)

...Not ignoring this also broke OpenRadar to be able to launch in new places!! :?: :?:

If we gave everybody in the World free software today, but we failed to teach them about the four freedoms, five years from now, would they still have it?

I just pulled.
Hey Lego. Neat job...
You doing great in blender... (we'll texturize those later).
(I see the bldgs are correctly sized now!)

Also, remember, the files dont need a "floor" face. ;) (I haven't checked if you removed them, just saying)

I'll need to remove the floor face, but I'll know for the next ones; I'm aiming to add more detail to the next ones.

on the server side there never were any shapefiles , just a big database that was generating them for the area the user requested.

The DB was made by Martin Spott and we may or may not get a dump of this DB one day.
At the moment it would not help because we don't have a Server that's big enough for it.

I'm sure Openradar can run without shapefiles.

If you want to make nice scenery use OSM Data and the QGIS tool to make shapefiles. It's not too complicated. I am still a beginner with using QGIS.
