Presumably someone sent you an email using this page:

It's unlikely it was a moderator, because they would more likely send you a PM that shows their account name.

No, that was from flightge@flightgear.org, which I thought was another person telling me I might get banned until I saw it was you.

This doesn't add up. It doesn't look like a moderator action to me and the message doesn't read like a moderator message. If you have a warning, it should have been clearly explained to you.

There is no ban on mentioning or linking this forum or FGADDON. That has been clarified.

Yes, and they are looking into it, they said they don't have a problem with mentioning this forum either.
