CRJ-700 autothrottle [AIRCRAFT]

Postby legoboyvdlp » Wed Sep 23, 2015 3:28 pm

Hi guys... the CRJ700 from [AIRCRAFT] not [AIRCRAFT-NONGPL]'s autothrottle does not seem to work. It mantains 300 knots no matter what and the green light will not come on. Help?!
Because, I am descending into Phoenix right now in it!!!!

Ouch! No idea, autothrottle is usually controlled by the ap-ruleset.

Well, managed manual throttle and a nice (hard) (WOCKY) landing :)

Hey, figured it out :)
CRJ700's don't have no autothrottle :)
It must be hard focusing on that tiny little mark on the PFD and guessing where 290IAS is.
At least in FGFS, we have a HUD!

:P
The CRJ babe is a hard flying.. but quite pleasureable. Sad still there is no longer a GPL version of it. Even the FGADdon now is Creative Commons!

Seems, we have still the last GPL version in FGMEMBERS?

There are now 2 versions of the CRJ700 family, both hosted in FGMEMBERS

One version is completely licensed under GPL: https://github.com/FGMEMBERS/CRJ700-family

The other one contains CC "BY" 4.0 material: https://github.com/FGMEMBERS-NONGPL/CRJ700-family

The version containing Creative Commons is forked from work by Skyop, and it is also distributed in FGADDon.
Have fun flying
