Hi All. As scheduled, today (May 1st) I will do my ATC practice session for the Festival.

I'll open Kansai later at around 18UTC, and I'll be there practicing the proccedures till about 21UTC

@Elgaton, if you can come around to discuss briefings, and stuff, that'll be great

@Other ATCs: It would be great if you can open your positions, and we test how coordination between different places will work

I'll be there (albeit on a dialup connection, as usual, as I plan to reset my bandwidth cap just a little in advance of the Festival - 3 GB go away pretty easily, so I might ask you to write the most important points on text from time to time).

As some of you might have noticed, OpenRadar files for RJAA are up in the Festival repository; Route Manager files are in the works (I had some core + wiki work to do).

OK! Chubu is now non longer anything to do with me. ElGaton can have the whole thing as Lego has ditched me. I will now be doing Narita RJAA with SHM as GND/DEL.

I will take over RJGG APP and ATCJay will be taking over the tower at Chubu. We arranged it in mumble today. I am able to control both RJNA and RJGG APP during the festival because I have edited openradar so that I can.
