Just to confirm we want to follow IVAO policies instead of VATSIM. Currently what I been posted was as per VATSIM.

Yep, everything is GPL, I created those packages before I started adding scenery to Git, maybe I'll convert those to Custom Scenery repos on GitHub later.
Folders with various models are inside the packs, in order to see those add them data/Models. There should be a README inside. EGVA still needs some work but currently looks nice.

What do you mean? I am a strong beleiver in my opinion. Why just have a tower? A tower just controls on the ILS, and takeoff clearance. I want approach, so I can guide the aircrafts to the ILS, and control them after departure. If a center is using ATC-pie, he can see all the airports, but I don't know much about that yet. If that is not allowed, I WILL change my airport, because that is stupid and silly to get rid of approach controllers.
