First of all it doesnt change in terraGit unless we create a pull request and merge it.
Second, git is just meant for development meaning even if you break something you can roll back to the previous commit.

If we gave everybody in the World free software today, but we failed to teach them about the four freedoms, five years from now, would they still have it?

Re: projectIndia
OK no problem. I just wanted to make sure we might not lose our hard work. Just an advice, I say you put the notice that it's not a stand alone e and won't work without the rest of the package, it's just in case so people doesnt go on reports that it's not working.
It's OK, I understand, even though it took me quite some time to think of a nice description. LOL
I didn't know that, thanks for alerting me. If I am causing any trouble I am really sorry for that. Cause I am new this stuff, GPL, NON-GPL. blah, blah, blah.

Re: projectIndia
Check it out I have completed the left apron of VILH with Helipads. I can't post an image. SO do I need to put helipads on Helipad marked areas or not. Then I have not made every taxiline and have not lit every line up with lights to give it a underdeveloped look, as it is in India. An I will also be placing PAPI Lights Wind socks, etc.
I can post the the half complete apt.dat so you can check it out if you need. And will replace it later with the finished one.
or give it to you by email. Cheers, to #projectindia!

Great Progress Im-ran
1. Yes. If I were you I'll add the Helipads as seen in the bing sat view.
2. Were you "posted" the dat?

Re: projectIndia
I was asking you where to post. Github would seem a bit hard to figure out, Cause eI am new. I read the help manual and will learn it soon enough. So initially I thought of sending it by email.
I also wanted to ask about other stuff like lights, signs, boundaries etc. etc.
BTW I added helipads but only ones near the building, just cause they seem to be everywhere.

also.
@IM-RAN
Please push to the FGFS India repository. If you need help let us know. The read SHM recommended is a good starting point. Also
This is my favorite beginners lesson: http://rogerdudler.github.io/git-guide/
The biggest advise I can give you is ALSO push your dat.files to the Gateway
https://gateway.x-plane.com/scenery/page/VILH
Many reasons, but the ones I care about are:
1. Both terraGIT and terrasync (eventually) will benefit
2. Since you are releasing as GPL, anyone could actually do the job of pushing what you did to the Gateway, but then you'd loose the recognition
See: in our group, all of us push the new dats we make upstream (gateway):
https://gateway.x-plane.com/artist/page/557
https://gateway.x-plane.com/artist/page/1086
https://gateway.x-plane.com/artist/page/379
https://gateway.x-plane.com/artist/page/252
A third reason is that it will benefit a larger community, by including X.Plane, as well. There... I honestly do not care. But it does not damage me either.

Re: projectIndia
OK I'll push the .DAT of VILH, but won't be uploading the final release which works only with modified material files made only for FG. This modification would make
the airport more realistic without changing default textures.
