Precipitation was fixed ages ago. It certainly works in 2016.4.

Ok nice to know.
I read in the mailing list some time back, it was broken again. And my main rig is still at 2016.1.1 (with all the visual goodies), so I haven't tested on the later versions.

I'm still on 2016.1.2
.2 Had issues with Terrasync, went down
.3 was completely f***ed
.4 haven't tried yet.

Gonna try .4 now

I have a few machines with XP still on em, I used to use Vista, but now I can't even use Vista anymore, sadly.
