The A330-200 and the A320neo are under development by the Artix dev team. The leaked version on FGMEMBERS is not working correctly, lots of problems, and the one on Artix's repo is very old by now. When they are ready, they will be publicly released. Until then, I do not recommend flying them!
I am also working on my own A320 at http://www.github.com/it0uchpods/A320Family but it is the older A320, not the neo. The FMS doesn't work there either, but it will one day.
Another thing I cannot stress enough:
At this time, 90% of airliners in FG are still in development, and not finished yet. Keep this in mind.
