That is certainly possible but the problem is that you'll have to manually replace the apt.dat file or all should use the FGMembers fgdata which we can replace the apt.dat

That's doable. I won't say necesarilly wanted thou. That fixes this for anyone using FGDATA next with submodules, but for no-one else.
