Remove -master from the folder name and it should work properly.

When you extract the zip file, you will get a folder named KC-137R-master, remove -master from that folder name and copy it to the folder where you keep the rest of the planes.

Man it's about renaming a folder! Double click on it and delete "-master" just leaving "KC-137R" and it'll work.
