Portsmouth International Airport at Pease. Also Pease Air National Gaurd Base

Since the new default airport is Boston Logan I have looked at some nearby airports. The first is KPSM, the layout looks correct except the lack of yellow lines. Should I go ahead and drop buildings and submit or wait for taxi lines?

Keep in mind that: building location should be accurate, as opposed to based upon unaccurate layouts.

Finally, I am sure you already have the good idea, but in general its simple, just modify the Objects repository and push to the corresponding terraGIT submodule or submit a pull request. Its that simple
