World Tour AND Fly-In

Introducing a new multiplayer FlightGear event! A regular weekly event for ALL FlightGear pilots, whether you are a fledgling rooki...

Is TerraGit active or dormant
Is TerraGit still being maintained with updates, including those made to TerraSync? It appears to me that there has been no change to TerraGit scenery.

Re: Grand World Tour
...The legs are on average 2 hours in a 737... Probably, some legs will be longer - cross the Atlantic, or flight to Hawai, or Easter island, Guam, Sint Maarten... The longest flight is 1307nm, Northern Mariana Islands to The Phillipines, which should take around 3 hours. The most remote is indeed ...

Re: Grand World Tour
Thanks for that most useful advice and suggestions Israel. You have had the experience of organising a major event and I can certainly learn from it. I will make mistakes along the way, but I am sure you will correct me as we go along. I have been thinking about much of what you have suggested. Your...

Re: Grand World Tour
I will begin the Grand World Tour from the beginning to accommodate the majority of participants. Currently the Clone Air group fly on a Saturday morning (0500 UTC) on most Saturdays depending on pilots availability, and anyone can join us then. But I am proposing to repeat the flights in order io e...

Grand World Tour

The idea is to visit every country in the world at least once. It is an ambitious project and will take quite some time t...

Re: Clone Air World
The tracker indicated above fails to track any flight for me unless I specifically use a "registered" callsign :S What is the meaning of ACARS? I don't know of any other tracker that FlightGear can use. We only need a tracker to prevent fraudulent flight claims. In the old Global Airlines...

Re: Clone Air World
The FGTRACKER is not shown me... interesting.... yes. This is one of the questions about this I have. Which FG tracker is suppose to be used? I don't mind which tracker is used, we just use it to verify that a flight is valid. For FlightGear I think the only one available is https://fgtracker.ml/mo...
