The ever-changing HUD

I just pushed another intermediate to my repo, so in a few days, she will be probably also updated in FGMEMBERS. This batch of changes is mostly focused on the HUD in the freighter version only. The new HUD shows different data depending on the seat you are sitting in. Means, pilot and FO get for example throttle, pitch, speed, altitutde, the navigator gets speed, miles to travel on a flightplan, a list of waypoints and where in the list you are. More pages will come soon, as I find the time.
