It's not you and me, it is the different load in different tanks, but yes, that seems to be the culprit. Did you find anything about where the tanks are supposed to be?

Okay, a bit unplanned, something came in, I have to take care of. I won't be back before tomorrow, I guess. Can you till then figure out where those tanks belong? In doubt, maybe Israel can help, he helped me with such things out several times in the past.

I am back to business and hit a snag ... well, it's an Airbus, so what did I expect. The real one is so sensible to CG changes, they have to load the cargo holds and passenger compartments to load in a certain order. To make it worse, US passengers are calculated with 220 lbs each, Europeans are calculated with 200 lbs each, which means, an A320-200 can only use the full passenger capacity with Americans on a short flight ... and hell knows how to calculate mixed passenger crowds ...
I got only a chart for the A320-214 though, so, any idea what is the difference to the original -200? I suspect, the basic setup is the same, maybe only here or there a row less, so for now, I just take what I get from the A320-214 and we adapt later? I think about going the extra mile here and defining all 4 cargo holds (which are 1,3,4,5 because #2 is the center tank ... duh) and the three passenger compartments 0A, 0B, 0C for the weight points.

It is really just a slight difference in engines.

It's the exact same as a 200.

That should sort out the balance issues.

I kind of messed up the weight of the cabin crew, but otherwise, it seems to be kind of reasonable. Of course, now I have to do the CGcalculation again in the next step. I push, so you can have a look.
