Is TerraGit active or dormant

Is TerraGit still being maintained with updates, including those made to TerraSync? It appears to me that there has been no change to TerraGit scenery.
The terrain has not changed. Do you know if the terrain has been updated in terrasync?
the models are easy to update, I'll do that soon.
