Bride dies in helo crash minutes before wedding

Visibility was poor, so sudden from controlled flight into the ground (only took a few seconds), looks like CFIT. But there's also an alarm. Maybe the alarm went off after a collision with something. Pilot suddenly slumped forward could be G forces as the helo spins. Would an engine failure cause such a fast descent? Don't really know what to make of it.
Pilot should really just cancel the flight because of visilibilty. Hindsight being 20/20, I know..
