I'm not sure how to see what size of a boundary to use in WED?
Well, my secret is, just leave what you can use from the old 810, and replace what cannot be used.

If you ran big deal trying to establish boundary, let me know when you push the dat to the repo (which you still don't have, do you?) and I'll look into the boundary problem myself.

You mean 'make' (as in with WED), rather than generate, as in TerraGear, right?
Cause it is unlikely my TerraGear will 'just start working'

yup. I don't see how you can get the terragear to work without landclasses. Do you get the landclasses server to work? if so: Which one? on my side it's still "failed due to hardware" or something alike...
By the way (about Chitose):
1) I just forked for FGMEMBERS-SCENERY
2) Did you started RJGG RJCC wed work with the latest on Gateway? I notice your submission is going to be rejected because 3d work already existed in the database?!?!

Would you like full taxiway lighting, and edge lining, or would centreline lighting and lineing be sufficient?
