Hi All

With the help of D-LASER, and Legoboy, we reconstructed the terrain of Chubu Centrair custom Scenery to fetch an updated airport layout now with curves bezier, and new heliports.

Tester can get the finalized scenery at
https://github.com/FGMEMBERS-SCENERY/RJGG-fg-CustomScenery

In the near future, the objects will be prepared for terrasync submission. The new Layout is being submitted to the gateway by legoboy

Thanks everyone,
IH-COL

Let me know when you pushed to the Gateway ;) [And beautiful work!]

Done! I meant to add a comment about your work on it, but apparently 'enter' is submit. Oops!

I'll let you some screenshots for food for thought.
Look at the frame per seconds and the ms latencies. They are totally perfect in my two computers. Specially the low specs one

As a matter of fact, since, after Horacio's work
1) all objects have been merged to 1 drawable per object
2) all textures were baked to 1 single texture as opposite to use tilling of mulitple textures in multiples drawables

The scenery is actually more lightweight than before!!

Secondly, All objects were separated to individual objects for separate structures, as requested for terrasync submissions.

Most resolutions are, as required 1024x1024. As far as I knew, that resolution was acceptable, and several of my previous submissions this resolutions had been accepted
For a few of those buildings (the massive terminal, and all jetways) the resolution was 2048x1024. I offered the scenery team to reduce it to 1024x512 if they wanted to, warning them of visible loose of quality on the jetways, without the consequent gain in performance. They replied that little change is insufficient.

So,
1) its not a matter of resolution
2) its not a matter of texture size
3) Curtis spoke about "ART" and if we speak about aesthetics, dont we enter a problem with many bldgs in that database? for "not a change" I'd would.
4) contrastingly, I actually think Horacio's work is very artistic, and the baking did a relative good job of keeping the good looks. (subjective point)
