There is a bridge to another warehouse missing. Should the entire collection of warehouses be a single .ac file?

no. Every model needs to be an independent ac file. (every separate building)

This is what I have so far.
Just need to make a texture now!

Upload where?
I'll push the whole place to terrasync when we are ready,(and terrasync comes back alive)
For now, fork the RJBB repo (mherweg), and push there. (maybe later, D-LASER can grant you push access)
Did you fix the size?

By the way, how about you send me the .blend via email? I can look at it and give you suggestions. About size, number of vertex, or general model stuff.

For the resizing:
I think it is still too big in x axis (wide). But z is fine now. And to my eyes, y (long) possibly may be a little oversized.
To the repo. Okay, I'll fork then, I guess.
Sure, will do

I just added lamps to the southwest remote aprons (cargo mostly).
Also a blast deflector at 306 (AFAIK), as seen on sattelite view.
No more lamps to add, except for terminals.

are you sure you placed those lamps in the positions seen in the satt view?
Looking good.
Btw, I like sinking the lamps 1m underground, because I don't like the light circles in the floor
