Missing ILS at LZIB [SOLVED]

How can I add ILS for LZIB runways ? I made LZIB.ils.xml file :

Where can I find all data for ILS ?
I know file ICAO.ILS.xml. In this file are references on navaids. I found that navaids in the file nav.dat. Are there other files related to the ILS ?

Hmmm, doesn't work. I have additional scenery directory and in it :

AFAIK, it needs to be your FGDATA/Navaids/nav.dat file (not l.nav.dat, or any other variation)

Is that ILS frequency real?

If so, I'd like to put a ticket for the Xplane group so the Navaid gets eventually updated

There are links to updated data files, nav.dat.gz contains ILS data for LZIB same as from http://www.ivao.sk
