Okay, as it is right now, I don't have shapefiles (where do I get those) for OpenRadar. There are also no actual approach plans, so I have to set it up depending on the weather a little bit on the seat of my pants. But at least, I got a radar ;-). So, if I get a parking place and maybe some more info about flightplans, I can do Mandalay.

@Jwocky

Here you have the AIS for Mandalay.
It is lots of technical information, that you can at least glance. But also importantly, see at the end of that page the Charts of the aerodrome and the approved aeronautical proccedures (approaches)

If we gave everybody in the World free software today, but we failed to teach them about the four freedoms, five years from now, would they still have it?

I'm going to take Singapore , if Raven is not coming.
Singapore Center (WSJC_CTR) 127.300

It's a beautiful place, and we have our custom scenery there ;)

@Raven will you be there for the festival?

Since I would like to be a ground controller at an already controlled airport (to give pilots a more realistic feeling), is there an ATC willing to share his position with me?

@elgaton

You can join me at Phuket :D
Not a large airport, but certainly a pilot can get good realism with Josh from Center (Bangkok Center) towards IAHMCOL as approach and you (elgaton) as ground :D

(larger airports that can benefit better of a unique ground controller are Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Bangkok Suba, thou!)
