To select a country/region in airport/scenery developing in mind, you need to now if there will be sufficient manpower to reach some scenery improvements done.

That's a fair thing to consider to propose your candidates and or do campaigning before and during the polls. But the place finally selected is the consequence of tailing polls votes: fair and square. There is not a mechanism to say: place X was selected but since it is not convenient we go to place Y.


The importance of having good candidates and voting responsibly can be underestimated (trade mark, ih col).

Hmm i dont think SEA is that big, so we can include perhaps all of the countries in there, indonesia, phillipines, singapore, malaysia etc.. And they are not that far apart as well, well from my point of view

I would like to add my vote for hosting this on the Indian subcontinent and include Bangladesh and Myanmar. Myanmar has a few, really interesting airports tucked away into narrow river valleys and low altitude mountains. The only downside is that it's often times quite rainy and thunderstormy.
