El Gaton is the center right?

So how many miles from our airports do we get to control?

Great Idea! I will be coming over in the lovely MD-11. I will be landing at RJTT, since that is where I am controlling :) 14:38mins flight!
If ATC411 is not at RJTT, how can ATC411 provide lovely ATC there????

I may do some controlling on a part time basis -- perhaps do tower when APP is online, or departures, or ground, or clearance... not booking anything, as plans may change.

I think this could be a nice idea to who wants to make ATC or just flying in the area during the Festival: planning a voyage for relocate to the airport you are going to control (stay, operate or whatever in case of pilots).

Right.

It's up to you. If you'd like to act as approach controllers as well as tower ones (which I strongly recommend), I propose 50/60 NM on arrival and about 30 NM on departure (those distances, at least, allow the majority of the SIDs and STARs at RJAA - the only charts I've looked at so far - to be performed under the control of a single ATC).
