COL, I am really confused. We can't mix up the IVAO and VATSIM procedures on how to dived the airspace. We need to choice one or the other. as they don't match up.

I am all for IVAO, but the London Area is complex ... yet it allow for more centers

Regarding Scotland West, do I also cover Belfast as approach / tower, under the 'top-down'?
I see that it covers SFC-UNL.
