Hi,

I had for the first time to delete a post because someone spammed something like Russian Teen Porn on our board. Actually, I am not sure, whether the user account from which that happened was hacked, so I will see, what happens next before I ban a user name, but hey, it's worth to notice, there are some things, that can even here lead to a ban!

yup. I cleaned the post.
spam is not speech. And pornography already uses a large percentage of the world wide bandwidth. No need to spread it anylonger.

Spam should really be changed to "Scam." And IAHM-COL's comment about porn is spot on. JWocky is right, there are a specific cases that can lead to a ban because they are not related to the stated goals of Free Flight Free Speech and they are generally exploitive in their intent. In particular, posts from spammers and porn are attempting to get readers of our Forum to spend money. Spammers are well known to be just scams to steal money. There is no way to verify that a porn solicitor is not using women against their will to make their videos.

Well, due to the fact that it seems that bots are good are reading captchas now, I increased the registration counterspam measurements. Let's see if that keep our house cleaner for a lil longer

Bear with me, I never was a board administrator before, I am learning on the fly here ... and I don't want to do Jabberwocky landings with this forum!

I believe in Free speech with certain self conscious/Censorship
There shouldn't be any Racisim/ Discrimination towards anything
Obviously no Span/Scam
And No Bullies
